16WAPT’s “School Tools” Supply Drive is Back!

At 16WAPT, our mission is simple but powerful: to ensure every student in the metro area is equipped with the supplies they need to succeed in school. Through the years, our School Tools initiative has rallied the community—collecting thousands of supplies and more than $30,000 in donations.

In 2024 alone, thanks to your incredible generosity, we gathered 9,074 school supplies and nearly $3,000 in cash donations. This year, we’re excited to partner with the Boys and Girls Club of Mississippi to distribute these essential tools directly to students and teachers across the metro area.
